If we do this Dynamic DNS (w/ permission grants) we will probably want 
some sort of Web UI to to allow people to manage their records.

I don't know if this means that the Web UI should be on central 
infrastructure, or if it should be client side that uses the BIND TSIG / 
etc security options to manage things via Dynamic DNS.

I think we need to collectively bang some brain sells together about this.
