[retronet] Request for help with DECnet Proof of Concept / Unit Test.

Can someone provide, or point me to, a relatively simple walk through to 
stand up a (pair of) SimH instances with (Open)VMS so that I can test 
DECnet through RetroNet?

I'm not looking for anything fancy.  Just the (Open)VMS DECnet 
counterpart of the two '98 machines talking to each other with NetBEUI.
