I just stood up the website for RetroNet.  It's extremely basic.  (I 
believe form follows function.)

    https://www.retrocomp.net/

non-www. redirects to www.
HTTP redirects to HTTPS.

As you can see the site has links to other RetroNet resources; irc, 
mailing list, wiki, and forum.

If anyone would like to offer suggestions on how to improve the website, 
or would like to volunteer to help, please reply to this email, or to me
