[retronet] DNSSEC…

I'd like to make sure that our DNS infrastructure supports DNSSEC.  Even 
if we don't activate it immediately.

I don't have the retrocomp.net zone DNSSEC signed yet, but I will in the 
coming days.  (I have DNSSEC signing of all my other domains, I just 
need to enable it.)
